If you don't want to hear it, you can always disable the download of music files (e.g. download files which are up to 100kB)

If a person uses the same music like music on youtube but on cs2d, does it make it bad music ?
People differ in opinions, you don't add music because you want it or because some others do. You keep in account that people might dislike your music so you don't add it at all. You and the other people still have the option to open up VLC or whatever crap player you use and listen.
Make everyone happy. Don't use music.
Looping or otherwise constant music on the server is just annoying. Having music for a single-player map would be cool though.
People can play their own music, unless there's a specific part in the map that needs that music.
If you are going to add music, please don't use these overused songs that you hear everywhere. (Yes, You probably know them.)

Pretty much this. I'd simply mute the music if possible and use whatever playlists I have.
