Wrong password & user name

Generally I have a problem.
I want to apologize, if such subject already was.
When I pass my password and username, in game options, I press "Okay", it is written "Wrong password or wrong username",
but when I write my password and username on the enter to site 
everything is all right. Maybe it's problem connects with change of ip. But maybe it's problem connects with U.S.G.N.
Help guys if you can, thank's
