I've recently started developing a CMS (Content Management System) called CMSLight v2. It's second, extended version of the one used here. Uses Windows 8-styled look, known as Metro UI.

My choose for hosting was SourceForge. You can acces the project here

Live demo

Main features:

√ Fully file based - no MySQL required
You don't need any kind of database. Everything is stored in flat files, meaning making backups & restoring is as easy as copy/paste

√ Lightweight
(currently 125kb, where Metro styled font is 107kb)

√ Mobile-friendly
I develop it on my Android smartphone mostly, so it is designed to work well here.

Meh! Gimme pics!

A database using "files" isn't scalable. I would suggest using a relational database like MySQL.

Damn, you were way faster than me.

As for this project, it seems pretty nice. I'll try it when I am inspired to actually create something through it.

No MySQL. Just no. That's one of projects goals - full-featured lightweight CMS without database.

PS: Cause of that I don't get the usage of Git, switched to SVN.

user EngiN33R, why you translated "setup" as "процедура инсталляции (
nominative: инсталляция;
nominative in latin symbols: installacia or installatsia)"
but "Installer" as "Установщик"? "Инсталлер (installer)" looks so ugly, yes?
√Setup = Установка.
× Setup = Инсталляция

English has written
This simple setup will help you to configure your newly created website.

Your russian has written
Эта простая процедура инсталляции поможет вам настроить ваш новый вебсайт.

My variant of your russian has written
Эта простая установка поможет вам настроить ваш новый веб-сайт.

Just don't use latin words when you possibility to use russian words.

Btw, you can change some words:
Детали -> Подробности.
Логин -> Вход; Имя.
Администратор -> Управляющий; Распорядитель.
Лицензия -> Разрешение; Право.

He is actually incorrect, user useigor uses Russian words instead of foreign ones. "Установка" is correct, unlike "инсталляция" when speaking generally about Russian language.
