Depends on what types of game you want to play. If it's something like BattleField 3 then get a desktop PC with good hardware components. If you want just to play games such as CS:S or CS2D, portal and I don't fucking know all the other games that don't take so much usage, then you could just buy a gaming laptop. Mobility is better.
