The max cents limit is 99 im pick of money 52,00 +1 return of 52,99 again
He wants the max amount of 'cents' to be '0.99', so if it was something was like '0.974' or '0.878987' then its not allowed.
So:
!drop 0.01-99 Works
!drop 0.000-009 Wont work
Unfourtunatly im too lazy to check that, but if anyone here got the idea and have some spare time, do it for him
