@user Aura: @user Time: @user medeiros: Calm your tits everyone.

Never said directly that hardstyle sucks and that it isn't music, at least in this thread. I said that I couldn't understand how it could be called music, what (obviously) meant that it isn't to my tastes. So stop being that aggressive, and read carefully.
@user Time: NEVER said that it's bullshit. If I did, please point me to that place. Never said that I am an expert in music, however I am sure that if any of the music teachers I've known had listened to grind-/gore-metal or hardstyle, he'd/she'd say that he/she can't understand why people are listening to it.
@user Draco: Aura said I didn't have to comment, I said I did as I didn't understand that music. How is that not respecting tastes?
@user medeiros: Didn't say it wasn't music, I said I didn't understand how it was music. It can be interpreted that way but I didn't mean it that way.

I don't think you need help to figure out how offensive that was. Think twice before posting such stuff. Maybe calling it bullshit would have been better.

Some people may have problems empathysing with others, I can understand that.

But here is my question- Why?
Why in thunder farting gods name would you say something like "i dont understand how this can be called music". What the fuck were you trying to achieve? What did you expect others to say?

btw. I can't understand how your mother is called a woman. Feeling comfortable? (that was just an eg)
You just didn't get roughed up enough at the right time, the only way to learn how to empathyse with others is by experiencing their own discomfort.

@user Time: For some odd reason, I am sure that you say that you don't understand how Justin Bieber's music can be called music. Actually, I bet 90% of you are saying that but when your favorite style isn't liked by someone you get offensive. Stop being hypocrites. Also, Time, stop trying to troll. You can leave that in the convo.

people tend to reject or consider anything they don't understand as weird, abnormal, or ect.

Not at all. Avant-garde in visual art was complete bull, but people talked of it as of something godlike just due to the fact that they didn't understand it.

I like some hardstyle tracks due to the melody, but the loud drum beat gets annoying. Especially if it's louder than the melody itself.

Calls me a troll. Suddenly wins the argument. By the way, I don't like hardstyle. But whatever, you called me a troll so you're right oh almighty ever winning dude who received musical education.

Still, the reason for picking up a fight about tastes is way beyond me. Have you yet achieved whatever you wanted to?

inb4 you claim not to have started this:

I will try not to be "100%" hard/rawstyle, it's music only for people that can understand it

You've got to have balls to say that in the face of someone who has an actual music education.

Daaaamn, ego much? No seriously, do you hear yourself?

@user Time: I wanted to put a smiley in the end of that, but thought it would make the humor too obvious. Sad that you didn't understand it. Never picked a fight about tastes, I said that I didn't understand it as a musical style, if no one didn't respond to it there would be no fight. However, you guys, for some reason started one yourself.
@user DevGru: You don't say.

It's useless to try to make user palomino understands, he is a really nice guy but when it is each person's tastes he just doesn't know to shut up and leave everyone alone.
I'm out of this argument, I'll continue posting here whatever I want as long as it's on-topic (electronic music, to be more specific, electronic dance music), disrespecting the OP's stupid egotistical "prohibitions".

Moving on, with trance.

• DJ Tiësto - Suburban Train
Shame Tiësto moved on to cheesy mainstream music, you can't blame him, money always wins... meanwhile, lets just enjoy his old trance masterpieces.

Have you ever said that JB sucks? Or how he should kill himself? No? I doubt it.

Never prohibited anything, as you can see in the OP, I asked people to refrain from posting this unless it's a necessity.
So stop lying about what I said or how I don't respect your musical tastes. I doubt you respect JB/ Nicki Minaj fans' tastes. Stop being a lying hypocrite.
