@user BcY: You can add a transparent tile on your tileset which can be done only(i think) if the tileset is in .png format. But the idea of transparancy function would be great.

You can use .bmp and use 255,000,255 color for transparancy.

@user Gaios: What you mean is totally transparent. He wants a transparency opinion. So he might use less transparency, who knows?

If possible, do something with the buy menu image. Such as if the image is too large to fit into the buy menu, it will auto adjust so it will become smaller but does not reduce the pixel quality of the image.

adding some shortcuts to game:
1-Ctrl+R => join last server
2-Ctrl+Shift+D => leave current server

Add a way to make an image affected by fog of war even if it wasn't covering a player(id+etc).

I need it for the dead bodies script...

Ability to drag entities in map editor,useful for sprite or anything to make placing it more precise.

or an ability to make you slowdown in zones
example slowing down while in water.

and copy+pasting buildings
like the draw rect of tiles tab but you can copy the hole place and paste it in another place.

• Setting the env_light's radius just like rotating a sprite in the editor.
• Making sprites block Fog of War (Useful when making bush sprites etc. and can be turned off)
• More objects? Like a table or something?
• Portals being able to be on walls now?
• Blinking/flashing lights.

Npc soldiers:
• Will not notice you when you are not in his fov
• Alert when heard footsteps (when running) or gunshots (no suppressed) from a certain distance
• Will search for you when alert
• Will find the last place he heard or see you
• Will shoot only when he in contact with you
• If there is another Npc soldier nearby, he will issue him to find you

Dunno if this has been suggested or can be done via Lua but it be cool if this is a feature in the game, can help a lot during co-op or single player missions.

@user SQ: Well.. it'd be great if day in CS2D would progress like in GTA series or something so we wont have to use the delays and transparent player-covering sprites just to imitate the cycle of day and night. (Sorry if it was mentioned too often in here anyway :S)

There is day and night cycle available with Lua already.
