Fraps. It's good for all games.

Fraps, but in case you can't buy it, I recommend Game Booster 3. It's free, closes processes and services for you, tweaks system, defrags games and CAN RECORD.

I had game booster, does not do anything much. You can defrag yourself without it.

When you launch cs2D with it, it doesn't pop up.
But when i launch Other game(s) it does.

Game Booster 3? It has now a built-in video recorder. Files come as small sized .mkv (on best quality).

I never knew about fraps, but the only screen recorder I know is very laggy.

I've already talked to them. They said they're going to implement CS2D support soon

If you have good (fast) computer, use Fraps. However, it makes horrible FPS drop (not in cs2d, but in CS: Source it makes game unplayable.

Playing cs2d with Fraps on server with my PC (3GB RAM, GeForce 9600) is possible with no lag.

Unplayable? Lolno + the geforce 9600 is shit, worse than the radeon hd 2600 pro, When i was recording with my old gpu (the 2600 hd pro) in cs:s i was getting 50 stable framerates per second, so no it doesn't drop the framerate unless you have an nVidia like the geforce 9500/9600( for some reason they run bf3, but the radeon hd 2600 pro that preforms better in every game isn't supported and it supports direct x10... )

For normal PC best recorder: BandiCam
For slower PC(200ram,old processor etc): zd soft screen recorder

Why not FRAPS?
#1 You need 2 Hard Drives to have sound in sync with video after 5 minutes of recording.(that is because 1 Hard Drive can not keep up with file size).
#2 Huge file sizes - few gigabytes for few minutes.
#3 You can't hide FPS mark while in game

In bandicam you can turn off/change FPS mark location in game.
In bandicam you can choose video settings with one click and specially for youtube - 240p/360p/720p/1024p.

///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

After you captured a video you can edit it like others do(add music, cut best frags etc). For that you can use Windows Movie Maker, or get popular video editting program like Sony Vegas pro.

I hope this helps Cereal Guy ;d

if your pc sucks, it's not my problem. also you can hide fps in fraps, what the hell u talking about? gives very nice quality. few gigabytes don't hurt much.
