Well I want to get gta San Andreas of Xbox live marketplace onto my Xbox 360 but I know you have to have an official Xbox hard drive to play it, what does that mean? I have a 4gb Xbox 360 (latest model) and am wondering if I have the requirements to play San Andreas. I don't know wether I have a core or premium system

Latest model? So you mean The Xbox 360 Slim? Then you already have a HDD installed.

Also please use Google next time if there's something you need to ask in relation to stuff that is well known.

Look what, you can play the game, but the only thing you won't be able to do is record it on the disk since you don't have enough memory. I recomend that you buy the 250gb harddisk because if somebody pushes or the xbox falls while playing a game, there is a big posibility that the dvd that is inside gets fucked up and scrached hard, thats why you must always record the games on the harddisk before you play.

Wrong.

If you try to play Xbox Original-games on Xbox 360, then you NEED an HDD. A message shows up when you try to run the game without HDD.
