I Host the Servers from www.xkafe.net
not!
But the Servers are verry good( for Peoples, in Turkey living ).
Write of Servername 'XKafe', and look the Server, the Test Server from XKafe.
you can look to www.csserverim.com
or www.xkafe.net
but they are really expensive :S

?Yes, you can buy a server at Oxy2D with SMS, but SMS payment is not available for all countries. Not for Tunisia, that's for sure.
