But theres something what confuses me about sardar i dont know many things about hacking but hes crashing the server without being connected.Is this normal?If i ban him the server gets crashed in nearly 1 second.

Yes it is. The reason he joins servers is because he wants to annoy players before the crash.

Not really, I think he just checks if server was crashed or not. According to the logs he starts bombing the server even before he joins it.

He does not know much about hacking, but shitty virus making. Someone is either impersonating him or he is using ready script which was provided by somebody else. I would not take this guy serious.

These type of attacks are not simple flooding but seem to be a more targeted DoS attack. It causes the servers to stop receiving connections or ping requests even though they are still running.
There's nothing on the game side of things that will help with this, but your host will know what to do. If not, then they should at least be able to get the IP of the attacker so you can IPTables ban them.
These attacks are a federal crime in the US and if they can be traced we can put the bastard behind bars.
I don't think that Russians give a shit about some kid crashing some game's servers.

There is no cure, host booting works for any game server, the only thing you can do is submit a ticket to your host like what
