wtf why have you pushed this crap to poll. i never seen it and i do not want. I like Discovery Channel and my favorite show is Mith Busters. I watch TV very rarely. and i hate shows about stars(famous and reach "musicans". "" because i do not think it is music. I HATE it.

It's a Greek loan word. Its original writing is μῦθος, which reads moo-thos, so evidently it won't be 'mith'. Why it was transformed into myth and under what circumstances is unknown to me - maybe because the capital form of the letter upsilon (υ) is Υ.
