Hello all.

I've noticed that CC has been a bit ''dead'' for a while, no much uploads, no much players, just...nothing.
So, I decided to make few custom maps for CC and I wonder which painting program is best?

By the way, I've noticed an online painting program called Sumo Paint, it's pretty nice but could I use it for making maps?

the one that works best for you. there are no special requirements for CC. you could even use ms paint.
you just have to be able to save your map as bmp with magenta background or as png with transparent background.

I don't think so. I still play this game sometimes with my friends. But, as I said, I play it with my friends. I think it's rather a "play with someone you know" game than a "play with a stranger" game.

I created my first map(I wont upload it, but I'll keep it in my maps folder.)
A little D-Day map, which sucks because I'm not so good at drawing, but I will improve it.

@user Ahmad: are you talking about the loading time after the lobby? this has been changed with the latest update already. it's super fast now unless you are using image maps or custom weapons that the clients don't have already. but that's totally off-topic!

As DC said: "the one that works best for you".
Just use paint editor that you always use. I use Paint.NET and still happy with it. Someone may not use/like this, but for me - its best.

Could you please be more specific? What is the precise RGB value of that magenta?
Edit: Found out myself. 255, 0, 255.
