when i fist played this i wanted i has hell bored and there was nothing to do, then seeing straded 2 on a download site i tryed just to see how it was... i got completely lost in the first adventure island and tought it was boring but some when i figured the things i've spent whole nights playing this
and then i fount a very interesting thing called moding so i've seached everyere for an b3d maker to make new stuff (i am planning to do a cow and a chiken first)but i cant find an maker, i tryed milkshape but its not free(need to buy to save models), tryed errlicht but i have not even found how to create a thing, thied 3d builder but i couldn't make nothing in it too and the last one ive tryed(before giving up)was DeleD
that is like milkshape but harder to use(very very hard but is use-able and the best of all (started working on cow ))
can someone help me a free and easy to use program to make b3d?

ok next time use the 'search funtion' this about the 5th thread about this in the last month.

Stranded II supports:
.3ds
.x
.b3d (only one in which S2 can read the animation)

For Stranded II I recomend:
Wings3d (free, easy to use, very open)
Blender (free, not easy to use, extremely open)
Milkshape (easy to use if u watch a tutorial, slightly limited until higher understanding, not free, but cheap)
Autodesk ($4,000 dollaz, extremely open, and easy)
Hexagon (free till april, somewhat easy, great for S2)

my rankings:
1. wings3d
2. milkshape
3. autodesk
3. hexagon
5. blender
6. DELED
7. fragmation

also dont start by making a cow...just follow an online tutorial (youtube is your freind!) to make a chair or something.

and if you bother to use google there are thousands of modelers.

I think, DeleD is one of the best, since it is free, optimal for low poly models and it is quite simple (in relation to other programs).

My favorite is milkshape3d of course...

My list:

1. MilkShape 3D
2. DeleD 3D
3. nothing
4. else
5. is
6. good
7. enough,
8. or
9. just
10. much
11. too
12. complicated
13. shit
14. (like
15. autodesk)

In my opinion the best one you can use is blender, because you can use it to model not only for stranded, you can also use it for really detailed models and it's very easy, you just have to look for some tutorials on youtube.

I started modeling long ago before start to play stranded, but there was nothing to do with the models I made so I stoped and now I don't remember such a thing and I don't want to start it all again.
