I turn on my server and it was all alright but when i join in and choose a ct/t team and i just saw the npc and game begins, the gfx image of weiwan/tibia was "cannot be seen/ can be unseen"

What should i do?

You should never use Tibia because it sucks. You can try this thread.

Never use sv_gamemode 0 or restarts.
Start the server with sv_gamemode 1.
