No one thought about the format of the video, I recommend you to upload it with .3gp .avi .mp4 , these are the best video formats, Youtube upload some formats only, then Youtube convert it to .flv

Okay thanks guys. I had this problem with Opera but i tried Chrome and it worked. Thats bullshit too.
You dont have to change the browser, that doesnt make any sence. YouTube was just working on something, and they turn off some features. Changing the browser will not help.
Now it works.
