English can't join at any server

hi. i have problem after im change my modem with fast speed internet. before im change my modem, i still can:
1. host server
2. join server
but now i can't do what listed above. now i just only can do:
1. view serverlist
2. loggen in
i know i can' host server after i change my modem because im not set my router hehe. but how to make me can join server again?
the loading stop when cs2d says: "Server is checking your U.S.G.N. Account"
i see console and console says: "Ping state: idle(xxx ms)"
so, how to make me can join server again?

hav u tryed 2 join AFTER coming out of editor? servers that check USGN acc's (no 'U' is serverlist but still checks) then it wonnt work, its a BUG
