They aren't brilliant films but the first one was okay. It was great to know that they could make a film with a generally small budget, good actors and shoot it in less than few weeks.

The storyline is pretty inflicted to the other films. In fact, the storyline is the best part of SAW - the rest is just pure splatter.
You can't call SAW a horror film, really.

Btw is Canibal rising a Canadian movie? If yes, then I will DARN watch it! i dont think your talking about the one im talking about.. im trying to remember this one move that had cannibals though... these documentors went into the jungle and shit and they kill a turtose and degut it (im not sure if it was a real turtle or not) it was pretty gruesome.. and kinda old.. haha
