You didn't do your image links correctly, consult this page for instruction of how.
My friend had the same problem on his computer. It was because his graphics card does not support Direct3d, or his DirectX was out of date, or both. It therefore did not show the Player Models, Weapons, or Sprites. The only way to fix this is to ensure that DX and your video driver are up to date, and that your video card supports D3d. You can check this by going to Start>Run>"dxdiag" which will open the DirectX Diagnostic tool. From there, you can click the Video tab and see whether your card supports D3d and/or click "Test Direct3d".
Other than this, I do not know what else to tell you. It would help if you could also provide your system specs. (i.e. OS, RAM, Processor Speed, Video Card, etc.)
