1. Find a random picture on the internet

2. Paste it in some program like Paint/Photofiltre

3. Make the image black/white and negative

4. Make sure it's got no empty space around it which could mess up the images' quality. Also make sure it has the same heigth and width.

5. Now resize it to 32x32

6. Change the gamma till you can see the image bright enough
