well what kind of pc is cheapest and good?
My PC cost me about $1500 & I get the same quality as a near top of the line PC at Tiger Direct or else ware which would cost well over $2500.
I'm saving up for a second tower to synch to my main one as well as adding a second monitor so I can game or make models with XSI on one & surf the net on the other with out any lag or frame rate issues.
Presently the best handheld, but that could change with the new handhelds coming. Also my second choice in handheld gaming, the new PSP would be my first, but it's really expincive.

Not my favorite console, but people like it. Also PSN is being healed hostage, by Anoumnous, so theres that. Also there's just some things that plainly suck about it, I like how the PS2 turned out better.
XBOX 360
My pick, you can get them cheap with out harddrives, and use flashdrives, or just buy a harddrive seprate. Also since XBL has a subscription fee, hacks on such a scale with PSN's hacker issue, is a lot less likely.
If the games that you most want to play are mostly on or only on the PS3, then pick that. If the games that you most want to play are only on the X-box, then get that. Or if you already own previous games like x-box or PS1 or PS2 games, that could also influence on what to choose.
My opinion is, pick up a PS3. More games have been going to both consoles, but there seem to be more PS3 exclusive games, like Grand Trismo 5, Resistance, Ratchet & Clank, God of War, Metal Gear Solid 4, Socom 4, Killzone 3, Little Big Planet, Uncharted, etc.
X-box 360 has Halo, Gears of War ... Umm... I really don't know what else it has. Don't have X-box, so I really don't know what’s there. But I do know that you can run them all on the PC <.< >.> (shifty eyes)
) There isn't god of war 3 for xbox 360 . That sucks . I remember i buyed PS2 just for god of war game.

The PSP is stronger than a Nintendo DS and there are awesome homebrews like emulators and source-ports (Doom, Quake, Quake 2...).

Not a good idea to speak about that. Most current PSPs are unhackable, such as mine (PSP Slim TA088v3). At least 6.20 TN D Permanent works

You can do it on any firmware with Hellcat's Recover Flasher.
Oh, and you could've made a Pandora. Either the hard way or the soft way with Hellcat's Pandora Installer.
