The axe specializes in anything with a wood mat... it has low damage vs everything else... (Except maybe flesh)

Do you want the saw to have a lower rate? So you can swing it faster? Do you want the saw so that when you walk up to a tree with it inhand and you use the tree it will play a sawing sound and the tree will fall in 10 sec?

Or do you want the saw to be the same rate, just more damage?

EDIT: just 1 min after post, i think it will not be possible cuz if u cant make a mine to go underground, a grave will not be possible.

Its sorta hard for me to decipher whats an idea, and whats common discussion.


If you want a mine to go underground in the next release, then put a number infront of it, in a row along with the other numbers!

The animated unit is going to be a horse, probably 2 models of the horse, one with a saddle and one without, you'll get a saddle by killing animals, and cleaning the skins to make leather, then sewing the leather together with a bone needle and cord... Sounds good to me, sound good to you?



As for BlueLimon's Idea of digging a spot, and throw an animal in and closing it up, that would be amazingly hard to script, if not impossible... Making a mine go underground would be easier since you would just load a new map on entering the mine...



And for orderly peace, number your ideas... Or else they will not be considered for the next release... ×

I've decided on a category based voting system, of all the ideas I've come up with in combination to all your ideas... All day today I'm going to be accepting votes for one of these 3 categories...


#1 A mine, where you go underground, and mine for metals, there will be a new unit underground to harass you, and it will have a minecraft like feel, perhaps a little better...
You'll find iron, gold, diamonds, and flint underground in large quantities. However it will be impossible to find them above ground except in crates. A forging system will be implemented as well, and iron weapons. The iron weapons will have an dramatically higher damage value then those of stone weapons. Stone tools will also be added, however, iron ones will be twice as good. Flint will be used to sharpen iron tools, stone tools just have a random chance of breaking... Stone arrows and weapons will have a random chance of breaking on impact instead of constantly returning, while iron ones just may have to be sharpened occasionally.


#2 A horsey! You'll find a horse on the island, but you won't be able to do anything with him till you build him a stable, once you build him a stable, you direct him toward the stable the stable will automatically detect the horse, and put him in the stable. Once the horse is in the stable, you'll be able to open up a trade menu with the stable, and tame the horse using a variety of foods. Once the horse is tame enough, you'll be able to put a saddle on him. The saddle will be made out of leather, bone needle, and cord. The leather will be made from taking skin, and stretching it out over a drying board. And the bone needle will be made from a combination of a knife and bone. Once you place the saddle on the horse you can let it out of the pen, and ride him. Then comes your riding skill, you'll fall off the horse consistently for a while as your riding skill comes back. Don't worry though, the horse won't run off or anything else like that. As your riding skill gets higher, you'll fall off the horse less frequently, once it gets to the top, you'll never fall off your horse again.

#3 A pile of small misc stuff, (burying dead bodies, and dozens of other small things...)
