I have heard a new version of cs2d will be coming up soon, so i want to know what will it be like? I know that the maps of old cs2d will work on it, so will it be the same, but with new sprites, weapons and maybe an auto-map transferer?

thats absolutely wrong. graphics are in fact only a very small part of a game.
