The idea of marking is next:
When you search servers there you can see flag of country where server is situated(ENG/GER/RUS).
It would nice for patriotic and ping сonsiderations).
Cos pleasent when you play in your country.
What do you think ?

I thought about realisation of it:
On IP-show sites thay can viev country where are you from , maybe possible convert it into CS2D ?

It is, someone (maybe uprate?) once created a Lua script with the entire IP location database to check the country of the people playing.
