Hey UnrealSoftware
I have seen so many guys in this forum that are really talented in certain areas of computing, so I wanted to know, what started your interest in computers/programming/gaming. My interest started out when a friend showed me a program written in C that could calculate CA's, also known as the Game of Life. I was also showed how to phreak ( never really tried apart from a couple times when I started getting older ) by an older brother. So what is your story?

Well, technically, hackers are the good guys ( like Linus Torvalds, who started Linux ), crackers are the people that destroy software, deface websites, etc ( that dude you say "HAAXX!" to because he is speedhacking ). So you could fit the bill of a hacker by writing software/games/whatever. Infact I think you should read this, it is full of humor and full of facts that help a lot of people. So according to that, DC would fit the bill of a hacker pretty well

The dude we say "HAAXX!" to are not crackers either, those are just noobs downloading stuff crackers created.

I can't remember when I started being interested in games, but I do remember that, somewhere between 1,5 and 2 years ago, <fruitpapje> needed a website, so I just started building one (really ugly one that :S). Then I switched to a CMS, which didn't work entirely like I wanted it to work, so I just started editing parts of the code and that's how I learnt PHP.

Same goes for Lua and now Python, there was something that needed to be created, so I just did it.

@Banaan:
What I find funny is that I learned how to code in HTML after I learned how to code in C, it was a dream come true to code in such an easy language. I remember the first time I tried XML, I tried and almost succeeded in creating a "scripting language" so I could control programs easily, it worked to a degree but XML was still in it's development stages and so I couldn't finish it What's strange is that this was all on Linux v0.0.3, which is kinda old by now, hey

First I learned to code in HTML, and then I started to visit C++ courses.

first learned somesort of visual basic code (dont remember much). then html,php and now learning lua. (I have much school work so i dont have time to learn much lua.

I hate Visual Basic, it's embarrassing me. By the way, about LUA - the last CS2D hack was coded in LUA. This guy is going to code it again in C++ to make it work faster, anyway.

First of all: It's Lua, it is Portuguese for "moon", so therefore it must be titled as a normal word, not an acronym. And yes, Lua is easy to use to hack CS2D because it was actually implemented into CS2D. All you have to do is ( theoritcally ) inject some Lua source code into CS2D and you can have a fully functional hack.

And it won't help you, because Lua files don't get transfered and local Lua files won't be executed.

He made an injector coded in C++ and hacked the original counterstrike2d.exe. But the hack, in fact, coded in LUA.
