nope, you can use directory what ya want. just use manual detect instead of auto-search

Oh yeah thats true... But it's easier for me to just do that, I only play on servers with common maps like de_dust2 and ctf_cs2dfortess, so no worrying about copy/pasting maps. You could just cut/paste it into Program Files and use auto-serach which is much simpler if you ask me.

His not talking about that, he wants to know how to get CS:2D to show up whilst his playing CS:2D so it can record his game log. I've already explained to him on Xfire how to set it up, but he obviously dones't know what his doing.

• Go to X-fire tools
• Options & Then "games" tab (Wait for it to auto-detect)
• Find CS:2D in the games list
• Click on the detect tab, & make it manual detect
• Click on browse, & your finished.

If you can't do that, than your stupid..
