Well this poll is a simply a list of all the ideas for CS2D that have been posted. You have one vote per person people so chose wisely on which idea you think is best in terms of logic, gameplay, fun, & difficulty in development.

im mapper not scripter and i hate lua's i cant understand it. And it isnt easy to me tuts doesnt help. Nooby question:How to Make Spoilers+?

and as he said, i don't wanna learn lua, just to do a gun which is only avaible if i start a server with it... and am sure, there will be maybe one or two servers with the scripts, but seriously, it would be much easier if it would be a standart feature... and.. portal gun in cs2d? why not gravity gun?

of course DC wouldn't accept every suggest.
Am not to lazy to learn lua but i have better things to do.
It was just a suggest, it doesn't mean it will come really in cs2d. I just said, it would be cool.
.. and, if you won't play with those 'kids suggested things' just join another server, with another map.
Where is your problem?

well, you CAN make gravity gun with lua, you can even make ENTITY simulation for map editor!

By the way. This is looks like an off-topic.
The source code would be VERY useful, but I know, DC would NEVER release it.

I said less then 13 years old. The problem is that I can feel why DC closed the laboratory and suggestion threads about weapons because of stupid requests.

Well regardless of age we can all agree that based on this poll a majority of us what the weapons to be rebalanced Simple things like making the SMGs lighter & have rates of fire like that of CS1.6. For example the UMP-45 fires so dam slow @_@

I fired a UMP-9 faster than the one in CS2D & the one I shot was a civilian semi automatic only >>

On another note THE IDEAS LISTED ARE NOT MY OWN BUT ONES THAT I HAVE COLLECTED FROM THE SUGGESTIONS THREAD. These are all other peoples ideas so just gona set that straight

I think that most of the suggestions listed aren't really suggestions.

These are things that CS2D requires to be just like CS 1.6. I'm sorry but it has to be, no offense to the creator of CS2D himself. Yet again, these are just ideas that I think DC should implement to make the CS2D gaming experience better. Here are my opinions on which ideas should be implemented:

- Weapons being balanced in weight, rate of fire, possibly damage...
- Clientside weapon scripts that allow you to alter weapon ammo amount.
- No damage direction indicator when fired from a silenced weapon.
- Corpses of dead players should remain on the floor for a certain period of time, not just be a pile of blood.
- How about adding a reload animation for each gun just like in CS 1.6, instead of the 2D player having his hand in his pocket. Just try to add somewhat of an animation on the reloadings.

Things I think that shouldn't be implemented:

- Being able to crouch behind obstacles

Problem with this, it's a top-down 2D game. I don't know how it can be possible...

- Being able to jump

Still, it's a top-down 2D game.

Some of you might disagree with my ideas, and it's fine. These are just from my POV (Point of View) and how I think CS2D should be implemented in the next version. DC, may you have good luck in the next version!

Sometimes, even fail can win. This is the dumbest way of dealing with stuff. If you can't use/do/learn something because of the lack of time/your dumbness, this doesn't mean you have to hate it. Look at the gems Lua scripters have created! If the Lua wasn't implemented in CS2D, there wouldn't be any so beloved by noobs (no offense to good people) RPs, there wouldn't be any serverside stuff, there wouldn't be any a bit good mods AT ALL! So don't you hate Lua scripting, kids, this is a very important thing in CS2D.
On-Topic:
Yet this will require much place and stuff, it still would be really good if there was a separate reloading sound for every weapon, so they can be even more realistic+ moddable.

Actualy yes refresh. It should reload as many bullets you want.

Like in CS 1.6

In there it starts butting bullets in. You can cancel it by pressing the shoot button

and i would like custom image for the button too
