I search an admin list.TXT for my server, because I need to make admin a my friend.

theres no adminlist, You need to give ur friend the rcon

rcon can be found in server.cfg or u can change it with sv_rcon YOURRCON if u run the server as New Game

To use the rcon tell ur friend to write

rcon_pw/rcon_password YOURRCON

in the console
