Revealing comments on a webpage with javascript ?

I want to see the comments that a friend received when he registered , but he now has 20 000 comments on his page , and the problem is that it shows only the first 20 , after those you have to click "See more" , which uses Javascript to reveal the 20 more comments and so on and so forth , i want to know , is there a way i can reveal the 20 000 comments to see the ones from the start without clicking "See more" for a whole fucking day ?
Because after a while it takes quite a while to load the next 20 comments instead of a second , because there are too many smiley emoticons on the page , and it will take me a day to review all the stuff manually..
Please , if someone knows how to reveal the comments / as i already stated , the "See more" button is made in javascript / let me know , i will appreciate it .
