Some people might close their eyes so they don't throw up from the sight of the gore and blood.
SAW is not scary lol, just gory. I actually find it amusing.
Would be scary for the victim about to get their head crushed though.

Mod, I think Pupp3t is right, I read what was the movie about in Wikipedia, They aren't zombies, They are just normal people who got "infected" by a Modified Rabies Sickness so it makes them look like zombies but they aren't. Zombies and Rabies infected people have similarities.
