Hello everybody, I have noticed a small glitch on "AS" maps.

The glitch is noticed when playing a standard game with "Friendly Fire" and "Punish teamkillers on next round" The glitch is when a teamkiller is coincidentally the VIP, he is punished and therefore killed. However, when he is killed, the terrorists automatically win the round with a text stating: "VIP has been assassinated"

I hope that this could be fixed in the next release

I don't see that as a glitch the setting is just performing as it was created. Killing Friendlies shouldn't be letting you play the next round if the setting is enabled regardless of what role. (VIP, Etc)

this happens only when vip is the saem person 2 times. The vip is always changing so you need luck to do that glitch or play with bots?

• next round starts, this player becomes VIP
• he is killed by the game as punishment for the teamkill
• Ts win

I'll probably not change this. It's just bad luck for the CT team when this happens.

well i think i ma right cuz vip can be random CT player.

you cant say who is the next VIP

BEcouse there is sutch a players named "player" (guests) so they dont know the rules, how to play. They just kill whoever they can kill and it is freak up a game.

Back in the old CS:2D when playing "AS Map(s)" right before the round starts you'd get a sound saying "Protect the VIP team!" but that message has been removed since beta 0.1.0.5. Why'd you remove it?

I did not remove it. the game has been re-programmed from scratch. the right question would be: why did you not implement it again? and the answer to this is: because I probably forgot to do so.

Simply don't allow the player(s) who teamkilled to be a VIP.
