There needs to be a setting for this. The skill value of CS2D has dropped since the coming of Super Supplies, which allowed you to get Armor and RPG Launchers. High scores without any deaths are now unimpressive and nondescript as they don't hold any value in them. Anyone can get them now. (meaning, somewhat decent players.)

I don't remember how much a wrench does, but I do remember it to be 15% or something like that.

so if there was a command called: mp_turret_upgrade
then
mp_turret_upgrade 150 (which would mean 10 hits.)
for supplies it would be the same pretty much
mp_supply_upgrade 150

If you decline this request, a lot of people will be wondering why. I think fruitpapje (or some clan like that) TGV, FaTaL, LaG, have already taken away damage in RPG Launchers. For armor, I don't think they can do this.

It's possible to destroy a supply at 10% or more. You don't need to take away rpg launcher's damage. Also you can disallow the take of RPG Launchers and Armors. But the main idea is good.

I've removed the damage of RPGs, but when it comes to armor, I roll out the heavy bans.

I'm starting to believe that Supplies are not welcome on my server. Might just make it unbuildable.
