1- How if some 1 want many account in unrealsoftware , he like to play cs2d with many accounts ??

2- if some 1 banned for mubrealsoftware that mean he can't play cs2d with his friends ANY MORE ??

Finally thanks for the cs2dupdate , u rock DC , sorry for this thread but this is important questions to answer

thats still a problem if Example DC ban me as BANNED !!
then i can't play cs2d any more

what can any 1 do to get BANNED ?? like a big serious problem ? or its too hard to get banned and its like final option ?

getting completely banned is the final option. If nothing else helps because the person flames all the time and so on.

In addition you can still play cs2d. Just without using an account

Even in games like CounterStrike 1.6 / Source, where MANY workers work together to prevent hacking, there are hackers. Because they are faster in inventing new hacks than you are in preventing them

Well, for accounts, you may allow only one IP to be registered with one account (they try making more, it should disallow that), For hackers, well as TKD said, its hard to prevent hacking, but new stuff may help, If .exe isn't modified it should play the game (if it is in any way, even with virus, it should turn off the game) that may prevent hacking for a weak or more.

you should also reset the server stats and change Lua scripts which use usgn ids.

please note that there was a poll about this change months ago and nearly all people agreed.
