then you must have done something wrong because this is way you delete all modified graphics and get original graphics again.

you somehow modified the file gfx/shadow.bmp

either uninstall and reinstall correctly or get the zip-archive version and extract the original gfx/shadow.bmp into your gfx folder (and replace the existing, modified one)

Thank you Now im going to try if it works. Finaly Solution after 3 months... Those shadows really make map making hard cause they blink in all colors X_X

EDIT: I think i deleted it...
Anyway... I did as you instructed me DC (got zip >>> took shadow.bmp >>> put in Programfiles >>> Counter-strike 2D >>> gfx >>> and pasted it >>> New Game >>>
No changes WHY ?
Btw... Shadow.bmp looks like a snowflake... And maybe it is somehow related to gui_shade file ? Because gui_shade file looks exactly the same like my shadows...

shadows.bmp has to be a "snowflake". that's correct. the gui file is unrelated.

I have no explanation for this. maybe a strange opengl/video card driver problem where some textures are mixed up. try another video card driver.

A year maybe 9 months ago it was normal... One day I thought :"Da**,so many sprites i should put them in folders so i could know where are they and after that this happened...

By another driver card what do you mean ? Is it option or hardware part ? (I dont know a lot about this stuff...)

I have Windows vista maybe some1 could tell me path to that option (if it is option...)

run windows update. a "video card driver" is just software you can download for free to make your video card run properly.
