You forgot anim8or
Same as wings3D but supports animation

I have never used or even investigated that one. I'll get on it.

The best deal if you are going commercial is to buy 3Dstudio if you know that you are a master
ITS EPIC!

I completely agree. There's... well... nothing you can't do in it. But it comes on stronger than an extra strength black columbian coffee at 3am and can seem really overwhelming at first. But hell, it's well worth the time and effort to learn it.

I have it but i dont use it because I CANT!

Why not? Maybe I can help.

EDIT: A free 3D modeller that I haven't mentioned is ZModeler2. This is quite nice, with lots of common tools and the focus being on game model output. It can't export to B3D or export animation, but I know it supports 3DS and the layout is actually really user friendly.

I don't think Anim8or can export animation in a usable format for Blitz3D. Also, blender cannot export to .b3d.

Blender can do it
With 3rd party plugins ofcourse

There aren't any .b3d export plugins. Some programmer had made one, but now his site is down.
