You can copy and paste your cs2d to other folder, in one folder controls will be wasd, in other - arrows. But i don't know about mouse...

there is of course no splitscreen. This is not a console game and it wouldn't work anyway because you need a mouse for each player which leads to several problems.

you need 2 PCs and they both either need an internet or a LAN connection.

you need 2 PCs and they have to be somehow connected. that's the only way to do it.
