but,
When I am surfing on the net it works fine and fast.
So, what can be the reason to that my ping is jumping ?

check system changes you did 2 weeks ago and software you installed 2 weeks ago.
try other servers disable all running programs which use your internet connection if you're using a wireless connection: switch to a wired one contact your ISP if nothing helps >all i had whilst I'm playing is fire fox(some pages with ad's refresh and use your internet) and nod anti virus(it keeps updating..)
DC is right, it's only because of other programs which might be using your internet connection.
just tested it:my ping doesn't jump any more after close the programs
and before I could play without any lag, even with msn on.
and I am not using wireless
Hmm maybe i should call the owner of my net.
