ok once i downloaded CS2D it opened up and went into full screen but the full screen wasnt "Full screen" it was bigger then full screen and im missing a chunk of vision to my left and right, how do i make it fit my screen ? Admin/mod comment

Maybe it's just wrong video display settings.
You should check your monitor options. go options -> video
and change if you are over 800x600 What desktop resolution are you using? DO NOT USE the window mode, if it is bigger than your desktop resolution
