OK here report:
he isnt at home.and he dont know that USGN is offline
but i have said him.he wonders that USGN is down.he isnt at home and has no computer or else.we must wait till tomorrow.he restart the USGN tomorrow when he comes home.the onlyest thing that we can do:
wait,and hope that DC have a great free day
