fix it in the next version. make less shots to kill someone because you cant play if everybody kills you! and you dont! so fix the damaging system in the next version!

I assume that your ping sucks and everything is delayed for you because of that.
only play on servers with a good ping (green in the serverlist)
or you simply have a weak weapon (and no kevlar+helmet) as GhostFreak said

Depends on your ping and where you shoot.
one simple solution: live in germany. most of the servers are hosted in germany.
