I have seen lots of servers out there that dont use admins and can stay forever or in other words 24/7 so it has led me to this question how do i make a server that can stay FOREVER

It's pretty easy - but expensive.
what you need is a PC which runs all the time and which has a good internet connection.
Such a PC is called server. You can buy servers online for a monthly or annual charge.

You could also just turn your pc never off and let CS2D run all the time. However this is not a good solution because it costs a lot of power, is loud and you probably don't have a connection which is as fast as the connection of a real server.

you don't need a single user root server (which are pretty expensive) for CS2D. vServers will already do the job. They are cheaper because they are shared for several customers.

Thank you for the help.
Id rather keep my money then spend it on a 24/7 server, i never had the best connection anyways even my Gang garrison 2 Lagged

Basically what DC said. Or you can buy servers from other people that already host hem probably for a cheaper price too.

You must consider that a Root Server causes monthly charges and the cheapest root server you can buy is around 50 Dollars (I own one by myself and it was the cheapest I could find), so you should think twice about it.

Unless you have reasonable cause to spend your own money for a server, there's not much incentive to buy or rent one.
