you can try the following:
google the name of the server
ask people who play cs2d too
however my suggestion is:
just play on another server!
agreed, and also, if you got banned there is a reason, you can be kicked by a little reason, but bans are for REAL mistakes, like chronical freekillers in prision maps or offensive people, learn whit your mistakes and dont get banned again

Ok I did those and the last one isnt a option to do or not if you want to play.
And no chuico bans are for little reasons, I got banned on a build a house server for playing right and some noob chainsawed me when we werent doing open all-out war and the admin banned me.

if you got banned for a little reason then the server is a n00b, that means the server didnt had the adequate administration since the beggining, so dont play in servers that the admin or server is n00b and dont know how to run a decent server, just play in other server
Maybe ask the people who play cs2d , search on google of the name of the server , check with DC(maybe he knows) , maybe check the ip of the server i think so.. !
it would be much easier if you said us, what the name of this server is
perhaps DC should build in a message that shows you emailadress of an admin of the server if you get banned, so that you can contact him.
But should be an option and not forced!
Yo man, can you check your maps folder? Try finding log of your connecting to server, finding map name in the log, finding the map and then finding the info about the map. You know what i mean, many people put rules in .txt files that are showed as briefings. Maybe you find something about the admin.
