I voted for (T) Phoenix Conection because Terrorists are my fav team and in most dust/cs2d norm maps I use it.
When I go to CTs I use allways in all maps UK SAS.
In maps like snow, I use Artic Avengers (like, as_snow, cs_office) [T].
In maps with fire or metal (like ctf_fast) I use Guerrila.
