CS2D General Help with new map editor
Help with new map editor
10 Antworten I downloaded the new map editor and unziped it in my cs2d directory but when I try to run it it opens then closes.
Any help would be great. are you sure you did puted it in your cs2d dir? this happents if you didnt!1 so it just closes?doesent it shows a ny error thingy or somethin? 
It opens for like 2 seconds but not completely and closes again. Are you opening a map or just the program? Well I try opening the program.
But why do I need to go into my maps and open them? No but for some reason maps make the program close for me so i use the one in the game. The ingame editor has slightly better performance if you ask me. 
The compact editor, has some nice functions and runs well until you want to save and continue later on the map, so when you get back to editing your map it auto closes.
So you need to go to ingame editor open your map there, then save. Then you can actually use it in the compact editor again.
That's not really a nice bug, but you'll get use to it I guess.
I hope some maps will be uploaded soon. 
Yeah thanks for your help but I can't get to work I might be doing it wrong but I'm not sure. Just try to learn more and more, and you'll know what your doing.
