I want to reset the rank for all players in my server all got bug score and bug rank help me how to reset it please

The user stats are stored in the cs2d/sys/userstats.dat file, so you have to remove it (or better backup by renaming it to something like userstatsold.dat).

If we rename it then rank will be reset? I did it i delete that and saw and renamesd it as you said but still the same problem

Open it using notepad and select all the text (Ctrl + A) and delete.

Friend i tried that too i delete all and i saved it but it is not changing

I promise it didnt i think only 6 players got that bug rank can i use rcon setrank to 0 for them? pls do reply

QUIT the server BEFORE removing that file - otherwise it will re-write the loaded data from the RAM into that file

Remove the userstats.dat file

Start the server again

Done
