BlueGums: I'm unsure of the current situation but it started out with only running 1 script.The commands were made to reflect the administration script however were differently scripted server side due to differences in syntax as well as usability.
For starters the auth command or @power or something could make someone an administrator without setting a username, that's why @whois could not be used from the TLex script -- and in my belief could not be merged with the existing lua.
Now it is true that I created the initial script, but those two have modified and fixed lots of bugs, I believe that gives them some credit as well.
As I don't have a current copy of the script I can't remember if I had made such commands as @report.
