Max frame rate, I think it's 60 or something...
don't modify the game and don't use hacking tools. do not try to modify the framerate.
restart your pc if you did nothing of the crap listed above.
if it doesn't help: what exactly does the game say? what system/os are you using? which video card?

wrong! the framerate IS limited to 50-51. higher framerates will never occur unless you manipulate the game which is forbidden.
am i correct in that 51 fps is the result of rounding error or something in cs2d's internal fps measurement system?
cuz when i use fraps, it says 50 fps instead of 51.. o.O

It just says that I am speed hacking and the last thing I see is the game with 50fps and then it closes the game.

Maybe it is that debugger you have. #2 in the list.
EDIT: OK, the safetly remove hardware thingy convinced me it is XP, but WTH? You changed the system files?

@ZOMG_NOOB: I can't find any tool which seems to be bad...
Could you also make a screenshot of your cs2d folder?
