Again not bad but the warhead is a bit simple and the actual sights / trigger should be on the top of the tube behind the warhead not on the side.

Sorry, I have confused Panzerfaust with Panzerschreck.
But It still doesn't look like a Panzerfaust. The rocket is too pointed, some details aren't there.
