Do you want to size your Cs2D as you want?
Here you have the solution :P.

           ========Instructions=======

After download...

1)Unzip *CS2D -freesize.exe* into your Counter-Strike 2D folder
(By default it's C:/Program Files/Counter-Strike 2D/herethefile);

2)Start it;

3)Press "Start" button;

4) Size it as you want;

5) Enjoy :D.

Full screen is better unless you have a wide screen. Wide screens have a problem with mouse.
