Hey guys,

I just played around with Lua and somehow came to this idea. It's a simple inventory script.

I'm uploading two versions, the one with images and so on and the "normal" one ( recommended ). The one with the images ( folder called "ginventory" ) is also compatible to money systems like you can find in RP scripts change the variable MONEYVARIABLE in the file inventory.lua located in the folder "ginventory" to the money table you are using ( ex. MONEYVARIABLE = money ). It'll be used for the NPCs.

If you want to rate this file, you firstly have to download and try it. I'm not here for revenge or fake ratings, I just want to know your opinion about this script ( and maybe even some constructive critism ).

P.S.: I didn't add any icons or things like that, I don't think they're necessery. If you want any instructions on how to add NPCs or items, please send me a private message.

Hmm there seems to be a better inventory so this idea is not new.

Tips:
It would be nicer if you could also drop those items and pick them up again and even use them for example to open a door if you manage this than i will rate 5/5

You can add items in the "inventory_items.lua" and NPCs in the "inventory_npc.lua".

You can edit it, if you want.

Press "e" next to a NPC and a menu will pop up with the items and their prices.

You can add new items and change their icons in the file called "inventory_items.lua". Send me a private message for further informations.

This is a really great upload, Yasday. The HUD seems to offer a ton of items and even has a previous and next page, are these items editable? It would be nice if someone could also imagine and creating that Counter-Strike classic buy menu someday using transparent (.png) graphics. That'd be pretty much a good Lua if someone did that one day. None the less this Lua script is reaching towards that kind of HUD. Great work!

is cool, I think, how to create scripts for cs2d know ... you got a program that I do not know.
it is difficult to create directly in Notepad!

I didn't use the VisualLua mod. I finished this script even before EngiN33R uploaded the VisualLua mod. Just didn't upload it.

Excellent. You will make a very great roleplay/citylife script. Strive hard, prob the best lua that uses cs2d 1.1.9's new functions.
